We want you to love Furvero. If you don't, you can return it.

30-day returns

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return. To be eligible, the item should be in its original condition and packaging.

How to start a return

Write to us through the contact page with your order number and the reason for the return. We will reply with the return instructions.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will issue your refund to the original payment method. Please allow a few business days for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on your bank or card issuer.

Return shipping

Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect — in that case, we cover them.
